  2. You need 100 gr of margarin.
  3. You need 5 btr of telur.
  4. Prepare 150 gr of kanji.

  6. You need 1 sdt of soda kue.
  7. It's 2 sachet of SKM putih.
  8. Prepare 2 gelas of air panas @200ml.

  1. Panaskan gula sampai mencair tanpa diaduk..
  2. Setelah mencair tuang air panas aduk rata, matikan kompor kemudian masukkan margarin, biarkan karamel bersuhu ruang..
  3. Kocok telur smp berbusa, masukkan SKM kocok lagi..
  4. Masukkan tepung dan soda kue ke campuran telur sambil diayak, aduk..
  5. Masukkan karamel ke dalam campuran tepung aduk kemudian saring agar tidak ada yg bergerindil..
  6. Tuang dlm loyang yg sdh dioles margarin dan taburi tepung..
  7. Masukkan dlm oven, panggang selamat 30-40 menit atau smp matang. Sebelumnya oven sdh dipanaskan..
  8. Setelah matang keluarkan, pindah ke wadah lain, potong kue setelah dingin..
